How can companies and NGOs continue to support workers through a crisis? Throughout the COVID-19 crisis workers in production countries, especially women, have faced new challenges – from staying safe at work to increased stress to late payments and layoffs. Efforts to support workers through traditional in-person capacity building and interventions have been hindered by lockdowns, restrictions on travel and many organizations halting in-person interventions. Join the HERproject team and brands to explore what we have learned so far – from adapting to virtual trainings, to piloting new digital tools and deciding when to continue in-person trainings.
